Last night I was watching the Dog Whisperer (don’t you just love Ceaser M?) and in one of the ad breaks there was mention of a new magazine which looks good. Its called; Art Therapy and is by Hachette, so its one of those collect lots of editions kind of publications. The main concept seems to be intricate pictures for you to chill out and colour and you get a selection of artist quality materials to colour with, with each edition.
No picture again, as I haven’t got a copy yet, so in the meantime here is a link to the publishers, Art Therapy. Its going to have tips on meditation and mindfulness in there too so it sounds ideal. If you subscribe you get 4 issues a month delivered in one box, otherwise its a weekly trip to the shops, whichever you prefer.
I had been considering a colouring book on Amazon called; Millie Marotta’s Animal Kingdom – A Colouring Book Adventure or possibly; The Mindfulness Colouring Book: Anti-stress art therapy for busy people by Emma Farrarons, however in the interests of having regular ‘happy post’ to look forward too, or at least for a couple of edition if a shop very close to me has it, it will be a reason to go out once a week, and a happy treat as a reward for being brave and going out.
Big trunk waves and healing hugs to all my friends over on Ele Friends I’ll tell you more about them in another post.
Till next time, may you sleep well and find peace where you can.
